很多客戶在撰寫UL1598C LED改裝式替換件的標簽和說明書時，總是會漏掉一些關(guān)鍵的內(nèi)容，使得自己在認證過程中，反反復復修改多次。什么樣的情況需要什么樣的Marking和Warning？現(xiàn)總結(jié)相關(guān)的注意事項供大家參考。

 

UL1598C Standard for Light-Emitting Diode (LED) Retrofit Luminaire Conversion Kits

UL1598C是LED改裝式替換件的安全標準，是針對以LED產(chǎn)品取代傳統(tǒng)照明光源的安全要求。

 

UL產(chǎn)品類別編號IFAR，申請Classified標志。

01 改裝說明

如果改裝后的燈具依然使用原有燈具的燈座，防止用戶換回以前光源的說明內(nèi)容，需逐字逐句體現(xiàn)在Marking中。

“This luminaire has been modified to operate LED lamps. Do not attempt to install or operate ___*___ lamps in this luminaire,” shall be marked on the retrofit luminaire where readily visible by the user during normal maintenance including relamping. “*” shall be replaced by the original illumination type such as “fluorescent,” “HID,” etc.

 

02 換光源標簽

LED Lamp Replacement Marking – Identification of the replacement LED lamp type/model to be used along with manufacturer and ordering information.

 

03 電路接線指引

對于LED燈管的替換安裝，應有文字或電路圖說明如何與燈座進行電源連接，以便在安裝或更換燈時可以正確安裝。

For a linear tubular LED lamp conversion, there shall be text or a diagram showing how the supply connections were made to the lampholders so the correct connections will be made to the lamp when the lamp is installed or replaced.

貼在現(xiàn)場的燈具上，需要在安裝燈具檢查線路時可見， 靠近燈具輸入線

01 安裝警示語

安裝Retrofit Kit時，需要在燈具上打孔，應有如下的警示語： 

WARNING – Risk of fire or electric shock. Luminaire wiring and electrical parts may be damaged when drilling for installation of LED retrofit kit. Check for enclosed wiring and components.

 

說明書 Instructions

標簽位置：L5，在說明書中體現(xiàn)

字體要求：S24

 

01 說明書須包含以下內(nèi)容

WARNING – Risk of fire or electric shock. LED Retrofit Kit installation requires knowledge of luminaires electrical systems. If not qualified, do not attempt installation. Contact a qualified electrician.

 

02 說明書須包含以下內(nèi)容

WARNING – Risk of fire or electric shock. Install this kit only in luminaires that have the construction features and dimensions shown in the photographs and/or drawings and where the input rating of the retrofit kit does not exceed the input rating of the luminaire.

 

03 說明書須包含以下內(nèi)容

WARNING – To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet metal or other sharp objects.

 

04 說明書須包含以下內(nèi)容

根據(jù)實際情況填寫Retrofit kit的電壓和頻率：

Risk of fire or electric shock,The electrical rating of these products are___Vac,___Hz. The installer must determine whether they have___Vac, ___Hz the luminaire before installation.

 

05 燈具如需打孔的說明

安裝時如需在燈具上打孔，須包含以下內(nèi)容：

WARNING – Risk of fire or electric shock. Luminaire wiring and electrical parts may be damaged when drilling for installation of LED retrofit kit. Check for enclosed wiring and components.

 

06 燈具如需打孔的說明

安裝時如需在燈具上打孔，須包含以下內(nèi)容，并逐字逐句體現(xiàn)在說明書中：

Only those open holes indicated in the photographs and/or drawings may be made or altered as a result of kit installation. Do not leave any other open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components.

 

07 燈具不能打孔的說明

安裝時如不能在燈具上打孔，須包含以下內(nèi)容，并逐字逐句體現(xiàn)在說明書中：

Do not make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components during kit installation.

 

08 警示語

替換式LED燈管， 需要一個燈座同時接市電的零火線時，例如單端供電的LED直管燈，說明書必須包含以下內(nèi)容，也可以打在LED燈管上。

WARNING: To avoid potential fire or shock hazard, do not use this retrofit kit in luminaires employing shunted bi-pin lampholders. Note: Shunted lamp holders are found only in fluorescent luminaires with Instant-Start ballasts. Instant-start ballasts can be identified by the words “Instant Start” or “I.S.” marked on the ballast. This designation may be in the form of a statement pertaining to the ballast itself, or may be combined with the marking for the lamps with which the ballast is intended to be used, for example F40T12/IS. For more information, contact the LED luminaire retrofit kit manufacturer.

 

09 使用原熒光燈燈座的說明

使用原有的熒光燈的燈座時，須包含以下內(nèi)容：

Installers should not disconnect existing wires from lampholder terminals to make new connections at lampholder terminals. Instead installers should cut existing lampholder leads away from the lampholder and make new electrical connections to lampholder lead wires by employing applicable connectors.

適用于Wet Location燈具中的Retrofit Kits，可以有類似以下說明：

溫升測試時，如果燈具輸入線的溫度超過60℃，要有以下類似說明：
