IECEE發布電池認證最新CTL協議-關于電芯的生產時間
2022年8月29日，IECEE官網發布關于電池CTL決議DSH 2182，涉及標準IEC 62133:2012, IEC 62133-1:2017, IEC 62133-2:2017。

Clause 6 of the standards states:
"Tests are made with the number of cells or batteries specified in Table 1 using cells or batteries that are not more than six months old."In battery investigations, do the cells in battery samples also subject to this six-month-old requirement?
